Niamh McLoughlin is a solicitor at Bhatt Murphy.

Prior to joining Bhatt Murphy, Niamh was a paralegal in the Police Law department of a another legal aid firm in London, specialising in claims against the police and prison service, as well as working on inquests. She also acted as a Legal Assistant for the CEDAW People’s Tribunal on a voluntary basis. Before moving to the UK, she spent a year living in San Francisco, where she worked as a paralegal in the international office of an Irish law firm.

Niamh graduated with a first class honours degree in Law with French Law from Trinity College Dublin in 2018. She also holds a first class LLM in Public International Law from the University of Cambridge, where she specialised in International Human Rights Law and took on the role of senior associate editor of the Cambridge Human Rights Law Journal.
